Stephanie Klein Takes Leadership of Network In Action Groups in Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina

February 25, 2025 – Chapel Hill, NC – Network In Action (NIA), a leading business networking organization known for its innovative approach to professional connections, is proud to announce that Stephanie Klein has taken over leadership of the NIA groups in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Through her expertise in leadership development and passion for helping business owners succeed, Stephanie aims to enhance the NIA experience for members in the region.

Stephanie, a seasoned leadership consultant and founder of her own consulting business, first discovered NIA in March 2024. "I first heard about Network In Action at another networking event and was immediately drawn to the emphasis on building genuine relationships," said Klein. "After meeting with Amy [Pruitt] and learning more about NIA's mission, I knew this was something I had to be involved with. Taking over these groups feels like everything aligned perfectly."

With her extensive background in leadership and team development for small to medium-sized businesses, Stephanie brings a unique value to NIA members. Her consulting services include:

• Content creation for company manuals
• Developing comprehensive business metrics

Looking ahead, Stephanie has ambitious goals for the Chapel Hill and Carrboro groups. "In the next 12 to 18 months, I envision both groups reaching memberships of around 25 people, with the potential to launch a third group by next spring," she said. "My ultimate goal is to create a supportive environment where members can build strong connections, expand their businesses, and develop the leadership skills necessary to succeed."

The Chapel Hill group, Cornerstone, will meet on the second Tuesday of each month from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. at Stoney River Steakhouse. The Carrboro group, Capstone, will gather on the second Thursday of each month at the same time at Say It With Glass. Both groups are already up and running, with Stephanie officially beginning her leadership role in March.
