Phoenix, AZ – August 15, 2023– Network In Action (NIA), a leader in innovative business networking, is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest franchise in Phoenix, Arizona (Phoenix Valley, mainly the East Valley including Tempe, Chandler/Gilbert, and Scottsdale/Biltmore), spearheaded by seasoned entrepreneur Joseph "Joe" Bass. Joe Bass, an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the networking industry, is set to bring his expertise and passion for connecting people to the vibrant business landscape of Phoenix. According to Bass, "I was encouraged to take a deeper dive into Network In Action because of the professionalism and modern approach NIA brings to the networking space. I was in BNI for a year or so, and while my team was a strong performer in the Phoenix valley, we were not attracting new visitors because of the meeting frequency and the rigid meeting agenda. This model saves members time while encouraging engagement through the NIA website, post board, and app functionality. It also focuses on the members more than anything else, which I have heard means a lot to the folks who have attended my NIA networking events."
"Outside of NIA, I am the director of sales enablement for an employee savings provider (401k/403b, ESA, student loan paydown/save up, ESA, HSA, ABLE). I am responsible for Sales Enablement and SDR operations. I started my own small business consulting LLC about 2.5 years ago, focused on Sales and Leadership Development," Bass continued. "My goal is to establish NIA networking groups in the Phoenix valley to build meaningful relationships that can result in the development of my consulting opportunities over the next few years.
