Scott Talley: So I'm here with Moose Rosenfeld, the first Network in Action franchise owner and I wanted to ask Moose a couple of questions. Moose has a long history in networking, and Moose what was the real reason you decided to become the Network in Action Franchisee?
Moose Rosenfeld: That's a great question. I have been a part of networking groups for about the last ten years, when I saw the model for Network in Action I thought it was really efficient. Monthly meetings instead of the weekly deals that I come from and the fact that it's local ownership for me, that I had an opportunity to voice my thoughts daily with the franchise owner. So those were two things and obviously the technology played a lot into it and it continues to improve. Being the membership committee and the leadership team rolled up into one makes a lot of sense to me.
Scott Talley: So you've been at it a little bit over a year now, and you've built out two very successful groups in Houston. Would you say that people can expect the same type of return on Network in Action that they get from a weekly meeting?
Moose Rosenfeld: I think it could be more to be honest with you. For those members that you know just don't do anything, they just show up you know - my goal is to make sure that they are totally engaged. In the interview process I'm gonna make sure that I understand what their goals are, what they want out of a networking group and I try to provide that. It's building into my network as well as the members. So yeah I think the return on investment has been really incredible for many, many, many of the members.
Scott Talley: So Moose before we end this I'd like to ask you what advice would you give to anyone that's looking at the possibility of running a Network in Action franchise?
Moose Rosenfeld: Well if they want to be around likeminded people all the time I highly encourage someone to really take a look at it without a doubt. It's been the most fun 18 months actually for me that I've had in I can't tell you how long after a career in radio. I'm really loving what I'm doing just because I know that I'm really making a difference in many of my members lives.
Scott Talley: And that's what it's all about. So if you have a passion for helping business owners grow their business and you love people, we would love to talk to you about the possibility of running a Network in Action franchise in your area.
